249 North and go 2 –3 miles on 249 North . Exit on FM 1960. You will see Willow brook
mall on the left and go on the service road and pass FM 1960. On the service road after FM
1960 you will see Methodist Hospital on the Right. After Methodist Hospital you see 5
story red brick building “ Willowbrook Professional Plaza ” . SDC is at Suite
480. Dial the number for Suite 480 and Technician will greet you at the front entrance.
