RLS
Restless Leg syndrome (RLS) is described as a “creeping, crawling” sensation that creates an urge to move the legs.

Symptoms of RLS are

  • Creepy or jumpy legs

  • Excessive daytime sleepiness

  • Insomnia/non-refreshing sleep

  • Restless sleep

  • Unpleasant sensation during sleep and cannot keep legs
    at rest and has to move all the time
